Kim Rittenhouse
Kim Rittenhouse holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Loyola University, and has been married to Larry for 24 years. In 1995, she left the field of nursing to come home and raise and teach her children. She had 13 years of experience home schooling her children before embarking on her family’s public school journey. Kim Rittenhouse is a parent of 10: four Elmwood students, (3 boys, one girl),one ZCMS student, (girl) two New Tech @ ZB East students (boy and girl), and three other adult sons. In the four years since enrolling her children in District 6 and HS District 126 schools, Kim has volunteered her time in the classroom, and is an active PTO member. For three years, she has been a parent representative on the Elmwood PBIS Team, has been to a state conference, a regional conference and one local conference.
